It looks beautiful. And I like the papery look to it, it looks a bit more saturated (I think that's the right term)

Mmm, no, actually, it looks less saturated this way xD There's more white in the image so the pure colors aren't as vibrant.

You colored it!

It looks ok to me. It's suppsed to be night out so if you make the colors any brighter it'll look... not night.

I did! I had to totally redraw Kyubey, the composition was annoying me.

Technically making the colors more saturated will make the picture darker, not lighter.

Not lighter... brighter. Or should I say more vibrant?
It probably wouldn't be a bad thing if you did saturate the color. Are you going for a slightly misty night feel?

The blue is darker than the white of the paper, so saturating it would make it darker.
Yeah, but not too misty.
