Process

`alicexz drew some Rule 63 Princess Mononoke fanart a little while back and I took it upon myself to create the sequel. So here you have Princess Ashitaka!
Oh, don't you dare look at me like that, no way I'm going to give her "delicate" "ladylike" facial features. She's beautiful, okay? And this movie gets enough hyper-gorgeousified fanart as it is when the movie itself is actually about a dude whose arm wants to rip other people's limbs off...

Also shut-out to ~AeolianMode because she helped me a lot with this.

She's wearing purple because that's what Ashitaka's sister wears in the film. The threadbare patch is from where she got shot earlier (haha, that must have been awkward).
The scene is like around the time when he grabs an arrow out of the air, like a boss, and shoots the head off the guy who shot it.

Good lord, I'm so proud of this.
