That's pretty close to how I pictured the color scheme. :3

I thought the ruffles on the ribbons looked cool, like seaweed, but I colored the main part like her fish scales.
Seaweed and her tail was what inspired them! I think if I were to have colored them, they'd be teal, and the frilly part would be colored see-through like her fins.
I think the "shell" bits of her outfit would have been either royal blue or a darker purple, outlined with gold.
Gee... that arm of hers is kind of long...

Plus night time is a popular time for Puella Magi to do their rounds.
Why do I never notice these things until afterwards?
